if the stars could go into a minus that is the rating I would give De Oude CAAB! The owner is rude, erratic, disrespectful, insulting and all over the place.staff turnover in 1 year is ridiculous, can only imagine if she treats her Laser Spa clients this way, just imagine what her staff must have endured.to get chased away like a dog and screamed at?!!!!!!!!!!! I have no idea how you keep your doors open. OR is it because I am not the desired race that you feel you can talk to me the way you do?I will not just NOT recommend you I will tell everyone that will listen about the service you provided me!

Not 1 star worth, Dodgy , unprofessional and took my money for a 2 min treatment. Won't recommend it to anyone. Want my R900.00 back.

I had permanent make-up done at the Salon, long story short, my make-up faded completely in less than 12months, the product barley took to my skin. My beautician went there some time after my disastrous visit (not knowing its the same place) and the make-up also didn't take to her skin. Coincidence? I think not, my beautician was refunded, yet I was never offered any reimbursement for the grievous error that was made! I would never recommend this salon to anyone, kudos to you if you had good service, as for me, I am traumatized by the experience.

Beautiful, tranquil, hidden gem. The owners and staff are welcoming and friendly and truly go the extra mile. A huge stoep overlooking the garden and pool. Conference venue and guesthouse. Large dining room.

These people are awesome. The owner went out of her way to help us late at knight. The guestrooms are very comfortable and is overall very warm. Definitely going back for the next visit!!
