My rating is low because it was closed.The open times on Google and Facebook clearly incorrect or changed but never updated.We tried calling as well, no answer.People were there on the premises, but ignored us.Thus the low rating, rather than ignored.Will update my review in the future when I pass by there again.

What an experience at The Gin Shop. Marian was our host and she made us taste a couple of handcrafted gin. What an experience it was. Never knew that we had so many different options when it came to gin. Different flavours, different ways of how to make gin and different ways of drinking it. Truly a place that needs to be promoted. Chilled vibe, indoor and outdoor seating.

Beautiful place. Lovely variety of gin. Slightly unwelcoming atmosphere from the gentleman but the ladies are amazing. Great service. A real gem in Chrissiesmeer.

Its a real treat drinking locally made Gin.Well presented with lovely tastes and aroma.The cozy atmosphere in the winter makes it worth while to stop over.Well recommended

Drove 1.5 hours to find everything closed at the Gin Shop. Very bad as ot states on Google and Facebook that they are open every day from 11h00 (we were there at 13h00... Just saying).Worst is that the staff were walking around outside and ignoring us. No hello's or Sorry we're closed... We just stood outside for 15min with people looking at us and not acknowledging our presence. Very poor service! A complete waste of time.
