I am extremely happy with the quality of the braai grid I orderd from JJ Group. The grid was made exactly to my measurements given and it fits my braai like a glove! I will most sertainly recommend them!

I ordered a two wall mounted braais during December last year. I made an immediate payment and has since then been confronted by lies, deceit and even threatened by Justin who simply ignores phone calls, snaps and attack when i am trying to follow up, he has no respect for clients and simply has no business ethics and could be classified as a narcissist. I am now forced to follow legal steps to ensure that my money is refunded. Worst service ever!!! The one star is only to post!!

The most unprofessional and unhelpful service I've ever received from Justin. Forgot my order and never took accountability or apologised for the inconvenience caused on their end, blaming courier for their mistakes which went on for a month.
