Disgusting. The location on this map sent me 1.5km away. Trying to explain it to the ticket guy was met with confusion as he had no idea about distance. Also a customer had to call him to ticket me. Then he works with another consultant doing a cell repair and ignores walk in customers. What is his JOB? I am ticket 165 and we have 15 people waiting and 5 service agents on point. REALLY REALLY JUST NOT GIOD SERVICE ... then see the TV signal in the shop. Really shows the professional attitide

It is the most disorganized customer care center I have seen so far. The customers entering the shop do not know which queue to sit in and there are people walking directly to the counter skipping the queue. The excuse is that they were previously here". The one employee was very arrogant.The service is poor and the reason I say that is because I had to go back to the shop three times just to have my number ported from Cell C to Vodacom. From what I know this should be a simple process?I feel that I have made a mistake doing the porting to Vodacom."

The most useless Vodacom shop. Poor service. I have been to the shop about four times to port my number from Cell C to Vodacom and they still can not assist, purchased a Sim card from them and was told I should wait 24 hours it’s been 2 weeks and the porting has not happened, I have given up on wasting my fuel and time going back to them and will rather get help from the Vodacom customer care line
