Very pleased with the service I received on Saturday, to top it of the young black lady that helped me was a trainee unfortunately didn't get her name. Very friendly she was busy with other customers but still made time to assist me and answer my questions! Good range of products as well.

Great Service! Modern tiles at good prices

Craig and Sheldon have an amazing team. Store runs like magic, extensive ranges, well laid out, clean and tidy. Even on busy days there is a friendly and helpful salesperson to assist. Staff training is extremely good. Shalin, Imtiaz, Ayanda, Mohammed are absolute rock stars...professional and really give great advice, no question too difficult for them. impressed with the trainees as well....didn't get their names but they are up and coming! The store has a friendly greeter as well who will take your temperature and make sure you sanitize.

DO NOT BOTHER GETTING ANYTHING FROM CTM Umhlanga. There are no guarantees on ANY products once you leave the shop. The staff will promise you the world to get you to buy stuff, try to return a defective item a day later with a receipt, and they will claim they have never seen you before. I say again, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT CTM. If you do, good luck, you gonna learn the hard way.

Best CTM I've been to, had a salesman by the name of Shalin if I'm not mistaken. I had done prior research but he took me through and basically kitted my entire renovation in less than an hour lol. He even helped me with design choices (I actually took all his suggestions). The store itself is fully stocked, it has full displays so you can see what you need and you can visually understand what you're buying. Also everything is paired well so you can buy matching designs and not end up with a haphazard looking home. Friendly staff, heck there was someone there to say goodbye lol. You'll leave with everything you need for any home improvement projects and you don't even have to be a designer!

Friendly and helpful staff. Not the best variety and selection of tiles. Prices are average. Some are just over priced for basic tiles that are stocked elsewhere much cheaper. But with the pandemic and riots/floods, finding stock is an issue so it's worth the trip to check what they have.

Well stocked with loads of options at great prices and Staff are super attentive.
