They have the kost useless people in the world!! They refused to pick up my bin and I chased after them and they still say no. Super unprofessional. They better get a wake up call. This is from Frederick street in Pretoria west

The employees working on trucks bombard me...if they find me and my neighbor outside with requests for food and cool drink. When we say we don't have. (I never have food and cool drink sitting around) they get rude. The next week you will find your bin 4 houses down

Waste company refuse to remove my waste, when doing their rounds on a weekly basis, doesn't give feedback when you phone then to lay a complaint, and do not answer your phone calls, when enquiring to why bin was not emptied, the poorest service every, please do not use then

Driver of truck JP24PBGP driving into oncoming traffic wrong side of Rd and skipping red lights as he go in Roosevelt Park Emmarentia area. No respect for fellow road users. Very reckless and very unprofessional from your company

These people blocked the road and refused to move until we finished. they even were upset with us for being upset. When I took down the license plate and took a photo of the company name on the truck one of them started getting hostile with me. A man acting that way to a young woman is completely unacceptable. In any case he said I should take a photo of him"
