I am always taken aback by the African rich beauty of the individualistic design that is brought to life in every Nandos. Nandos Ruimsig is no expection with funky stratch art murals adorning the walls and a delightful lighting design paired with complimentary chevron backdrop.The food is typically Nandos. Quality good but the price is maybe not always justified.This location had an abundance of flies. It was very annoying and the staff didn't do anything to help.

The best Nandos in the West!!! Staff is amazing, service and food too...Even when they've made a mistake, they rectify it without any complaints...Love love love it

Always receive good service here and food is always good.Staff are friendly as well.It's quite conveniently located. Can go get other necessities from PnP, Woolies etc while waiting for the order.Waiting time is not bad.Recommend this nandos outlet

Some of the order not received, and also not the first time either. Called customer service and waited for 16 minutes before I eventually just gave up on them answering the call.Avoid at all costs!Still waiting for a manager to call us, in the meantime someone isn't eating tonight!Give me back my money, its too late for food now 45 minutes later...

Waited over 1.5 hours for my order, called and was told it had left already, 30min later called again and was told it hadn't loaded, they would start preparing, 10min later, canceled and closed. Thanks guys, R370 for a small order and it never even comes

Very disappointed in this store, food was sent missing and chips had spilt all over the bag, when calling the store the manager himself blatantly started there's nothing he could or would do to fix the issue, definitely no intentions to use this store again!

Absolutely the worst Nandos to order online (UberEATS & MR D) from! Success rate of getting what I actually ordered is 40%! Once is bad enough, but of the 10+ time ive ordered from this place, only 4 have been what I actually ordered.... today is the last straw! I am done!

Bought on Uber eats . Driver’s app got stuck , after 1 and a half hours after ordering he stopped taking my calls .I called Nandos Ruimsig after 2 hours of ordering and the manager was so kind to send the food with his driver . My food was here in 15min. Thank you Ruimsig Nandos Manager

Was looking forward to the meal but unfortunately it didn't deliver. The chicken wasn't flame grilled properly and they didn't cut the pieces properly. Very little sauce. Seemed like a rush job on this one. Only enjoyed the roll with the coleslaw.
