The service is excellent, Lachaye (hope I spelt that right) was so patient and has such a genle touch.Warda did magic with my Brazilian that my hair is so soft and gorgeous.I will recommend them to everyone i speak too.Thank you so much.

Had an amazing first time experience. Stylists were kind and made sure to make me feel comfortable. I loved that my baby hairs was cared for, it’s a small detail but it’s something other stylists often neglect. Overall, I was really impressed with the service and I could see myself frequenting the salon.

Good day while searching for Hair salons close in my area. I came across The Urban Hair Lounge. My experience with them has been great. Their customer service is excellent. They know how to keep their clients engaged,they also know how to really connect with thier customers and you get treated like you the only client in-store. I walked in feeling anxious but once I have completed my hair session with them. I felt extremely good about myself leaving than when I came in. They are very professional about how clients are treated and most importantly about how you feel when leaving the shop. One of the most authentic hair salons I've seen in a very long time.

The service at Urban Hair Lounge is excellent. From serving us coffee to the absolute best scalp treatment whilst washing your hair. The blow dry and flat iron makes you feel like a million bucks. Whenever I get home I take multiple videos and photos because that’s how good my hair looks. I would recommend Urban Hair Lounge to anyone living in and around Observatory. You will not be disappointed.
