Terrible after sales service. A word of advice is to check the item before leaving the premises. I unwrapped the item at home only to find chips on the edge and a chip on the glass itself. When I reported this the lady that answered the phone was rude and tried to put the blame on me. A simple question was can the chips be polished to smooth out and the response was they cannot do that as I damaged the glass during transportation. Will definitely not refer anyone to them. I would rather use Clear Glass they much more helpful and their polishing looks more professional.

Awesome service recieved by Trudie and her team. I had an emergency glass repair late in the afternoon and Trudie and her team came to the rescue. My window was fixed the same afternoon. Thanks Trudie and ur team. Will recomend you any day

I’m happy with the service and quick response I got from Royal Glass. I needed the hole size measured for the glass to fit into 2 x cupboard doors. All this was done by Royal Glass. The measurements were done, glass cut to size and fitted. Thanks to the entire team that made this possible. Great work keep it up

Poor service! My husband went to them last week to replace our 3 windows! Lady Said they’ll come Monday. Today is Thursday and nothing! We had called someone else this is the second time this has happened previously we ordered a glass for our table, was told 2 weeks as it was a different glass we waited 8 weeks!!! It’s ridiculous really!! We phoned and the lady forgot! So I assume she has forgotten again!! Very poor service rather use someone else who wants to help you.
