I have to recognize this store for outstanding service. Especially the gentleman by the name of Bongile who helped us from estimating all the way through construction with personalized help and advice after I was rejected at Kenako cashbuild and Build it Hunters retreat.

They casher was not friendly,there serves was very poor

The service is not on average and even follow up calls for after sales are most of the time not answered and when they do they may drop. The exit to this complex which has banks is a headache especially during peak hour.

Always a helping hand and cheap with their prices. Beat a lot of shops in it's with services and prices.

Kasi lam, but customer service sucks here and you wait long to b helped. Their people on the floor, they do not know their product and delivery take 48hrs nearby.

Even the guys working at Cashbuild at Ziyabuya KwaDwesi, you would think it's a bodybuildind shop but hey people can't stop buying and building their beautiful homes

Poor poor totally unacceptable service. I got a quotation for building material about 26-28 days ago and quote is valid for 31 days. I go there to honor the quote, the consultant tells me he will not be able to find the quote its been long time already (with a negative attitude). he then offers to quote me again and he just prints-out and while I wait on him to elaborate or say what is available or not, delivery schedules, payment.... and the usual salesperson thing he just give me the page and jump to help the other customer. Upset of that I tell my wife let`s go buy somewhere they care to explain or finish the sale. We go to others until we find one Korsten that can deliver Tuesday. We buy everything except for Cement and re-enforcers hoping at least I can support this Cash build since its in my community. Monday I go there and served by a different man Bongwe" and He promises me they can delver Tuesday if not later that day. Tuesday passes and nothing delivered
