Game Menlyn

What terrible service. I bought a display monitor online only to find out it was missing a power adaptor. I understand it was the manufacturers fault; however, I purchased it through Game. No one was willing to help and no one was willing to explain what were the developments taking place. I felt as if I was a toddler being told what to do.There was constant contradiction amongst themselves. It’s a pity my online purchase sent me to the Menlyn branch.

I don't like Menlyn Mall at all, but Game had a special on the Samsung soundbar for half the price other shops charged. Sounds too good to be true? That's what I thought. So I head off to the closest Game with expecting excuses like we out of stock"To my confirmation

First of all, I’d like to say game has the worst online delivery service ever. This 5 star rating isn’t for the online delivery experience I had but for the lady who assisted me tirelessly through this tiring experience. She called me to inform me that they had no stock of the item I wanted and that the stock they had was damaged. She told me she would look for the item from another game and have it delivered to me. She found the item but unfortunately it was the game in jhb CBD and they had such horrible service. She called them everyday to find out when I’d get my item. She gave me updates every single day and even told me that the game in Johannesburg CBD was getting annoyed with her constant calling and following up. They outright told her that they didn’t know when my item would be delivered. I didn’t get a tracking number from them, nothing. Their service was appalling but Maria from Game menlyn helped me so much and gave me such amazing service. Please give her a promotion, she understands what customer service is.

Located just close to the exit, its perfect for an in an out shopping experience especially for those new to Menlyn and stressed about finding their way out.Besides, this branch is fully stocked with a variety of products that are constantly updated. Staff is also very helpful, as you'd generally expect.Its nothing special, really, just another department store,, but whatever it is, its worth checking out.

5 stars to Agnes from customer service who went absolutely out of her way to find the stock I was looking for in the back. My 3 star review however is due to the 1 star absolutely disgusting manner in which your so called security guards are treating customers. You do not point and say there to a customer without even greeting them like a dog when youve now decided you no longer want the atm line where it is. And then laugh like its a fat joke when the customer takes this up with you. Absolutely pathetic.

Absolute Horrendus service from their staff, only friendly and selling dreams when they want to secure sales. From messing up delivery dates to no being able to locate items or giving any form of feed back... Why am i as a customer contacting your warehouse to find out about my items? If i could give less than half a star i would... Retrain that whole store because the service is just garbage!!

I paid tens of thousands of rands for multiple items. A full week later and they are still not delivered. They not only messed up the delivery dates, but then they misplaced my items. They literally had no idea where they were and no trail of what happened to them. I waited over 2 hours while they tried to find my items!Worst thing ever.

A family favorite store and they have made many changes to up their buying customer count. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have great range of indoors, outdoors, baby and electronic products and services available, even fresh food products. Their prices are very reasonable and market comparable. Visit them in store and online for more information and specials. Wheelchair friendly and easy accessible. Ample paid parking options available in the mall. Best to park closest to the Atterbury Road entrance.

No-one could tell me if the weed eater I bought came with a cutting line in the box. Their only solution was for security to open the box to check. Very unhelpful atmosphere in the shop! More interested in playing loud gospel music at the tills.
