A great box with a wonderful community who is always welcoming and helpful. The coaching is of a good standard, with a focus on helping you move better and be healthier. They cater for a variety of crowds, from university students to corporate and older classes.

Best box I've trained at! The community is just amazing - everyone is so friendly and helpful, really pushing you to do your best but also being super accepting of everyone's individual limitations. The coaching is great - the coaches make an effort to get to know each member on a personal level and are always willing to help with alternative exercises where needed. Come to Eikestad if you're looking to make life-long friends and get fit and strong while doing it!
