Mogwase centre is a very old centre and you can find offices near by like home affairs, court, police station, Dept of labour, municipal etc

The place is no longer being well cared for most of the business has closed shop. Moving to more. advantageous areas. The local populace is dissatisfied with standard of the complex.

The Mogwase Busuness Centre has been the hive of community services for decades. Most of community services are accessed in the centre, covering health services, Police, Social, Municipality/Political, Shopping, Office Space, Banks including informal small, micro and medium enterprises and corporate business.However the centre seems to be experiencing a gradual decline since the establishment of the Moruleng Mall which is much nearer the Bakgatla Community which constitute the larger consumers of related services. Some of the banks have already migrated to Moruleng in pursuing latest thriving market.The offices are currently declining especially the toilets which are not up to standard in terms of continued maintenance.
