I was due for an upgrade and this was the only Telkom store that actually answered their phone (out of 9 that I tried!) Nkuli (hope I have correct spelling here?) was great at assisting me with everything. This store gave the best service I have received from Telkom so far. Definitely worth my 30 min drive and will come back to this store again if I need any assistance. Thanks guys, you restored a bit of my faith in Telkom

Worst experience! This shop did a number change for my SIM card instead of just creating an e-sim. I don’t have access to my number and it has been days with no help. The attitude of the staff there is disgraceful and no willingness to help. WORST SERVICE! STAY AWAY!
