Useless app dont install or use take alot aswell as service. Recieved wrong order, and they dont want to help with returns. I orderd Christmas gifts for my Family and it was seposed to land today wich it did but wrong order... I mean all the high tech delivery service and the packaging what is UP!!!! WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS

Always super fast and friendly. In and out without a hassle. Appreciate the staff working there.Only negative point is that there is almost always big trucks/lorries parked at the entrance, which makes me sometimes feel uncomfortable when walking alone to the entrance.

When my husband picked-up the parcels (previous and now) when we bought from takealot he is not treated with respect and they are rude to him. When I collected my second parcel the same day there was a man and he was friendly and helpful.

takealot universitas was now the worst service, disrespect and incompetent staff with no telephone etiquette. put the phone to your ear while you explain the problem. Is there anyone else who can help because everyone is busy unloading a truck. Amazon should come to SA now so that people can boycott you a bit.
