You don't answer your phone. Why do even have a telephone number. Please answer it then. Why do one need to struggle like this and tell me you busy with clients. Answer the phone, please. Tried to call more than 5 times already. Really?????

Pathetic service ! Waiting 3 months for my wifi and get empty promises from the employees saying they will get back to me and still not getting back to me ! I have messages with promises they dont keep. And all the reply is sorry Joanie we wil try better in future and they dont do anything about our services we pay for ! Most pathetic service I ever had in my life!

I am sitting with my head in my hands, I just do not know what to do with Telkom Worcester Mall ..... since I moved to telkom and had to deal with there client service I am struggling with anger management problems .I just do not know what to do ? It isn't easy for me to drive up and down to Worcester as I am not from there and live in Robertson the few times I were there ,there were only 2/5 people who working at the stations and at least 4 to 5 people waiting for service. Now from experiance I know that a new contract takes at least 45min to an hour 15min so that means you wil wait for a long time.So after a long wait i finaly were helped with a smile and were on my way soon after .then got home and my phone stil does not worked ....1 Now I have anger management issues2 I cannot do business because of phone3 I have been 3 years sober and started to drink again4 Wondering if I wil stil have a family by the time they can help me5 My life is slipping through my fingers thank you Telkom.

Do you only give certain people good service?We used to make use of Telkom services for years and due to your poor service we had to cancel.I thought after the years and you trying to give a better service in the future" would have paid off

I first battled to explain my problem to the consultant on the floor and was given incorrect info. When I complained (loudly) the manager intervened and assisted me by suggesting a different solution.

A decent store with friendly staff. They helped me quickly and efficiently.That said, they never answer a call (ironic, considering it's a cellular provider) and do not always adhere to their hours.

WARNING TO ALL...THE SERVICE AT THIS PLACE IS COMPLETELY HORRIFIC!!!OUR EXPERIENCE FROM THE START WAS BEYOND HORRIBLE... AVOID TELKOM DIRECT IN MOUNTAIN MILL MALL WORCESTER.. AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
