Prior to booking my car in, I was emailed a quote for the work to be done.During the install, one of the speakers stopped working, and once Image Audio realized it was their fault, no issue - they sorted it out.Yes, things could have gone better, but at no stage did I A try and make excuses or shift the blame - because of that, I will always recommend them.It pays in the long run to ensure using a top notch business. Took my vehicle in to get a bigger screen fitted with wireless android auto and a reverse camera. Paid R9095 of the total R18095 in April 2021 (before taking my car in). Dropped my car off for the day, at the end of the day I was called in to pick up the car. Unfortunately nothing worked the way I needed it to - Android Auto was not wireless and when we hooked it up via USB cable it still did not work correctly. The reverse camera was horrible. I told them that this is not what I paid for and not what I wanted. They said they would order me a better unit. A month goes by, and the new unit still has not arrived. I was asked to wait another month. Another month goes by and then I was asked to bring the car in, I bring it in and the same problem again. Now they're telling me it's a firmware issue with the car. I contacted BMW and the firmware is on the latest already. They then wanted to raise the price up to R21K for another unit that still wouldn't support Wireless Android Auto. I then opted to cancel this and for a refund to be processed. Duran says he's waiting on the owner to come in so he can find out about the refund for the R9095 I paid in April 2021. I finally got a hold of the owner 2 days later, and the owner says he will refund the money some time. I asked him to give me a date as just stating some time" is not good enough. I informed him that I need the money before the end of the week and he just laughed it out knowing that he refuses to give me a date. I then asked again kindly to please process the refund tomorrow

Great service from Duran and his team. I had an aftermarket radio fitted and they were done in good time. I was happy with the workmanship which was very neat. I recommend calling ahead to make a booking so they can prepare what is needed. Will definitely go back in future.
