The Computer Mania store at Garden Route Eden Meander Centre is relatively new in the area, and is proving a worthwhile source of computer stuff as well as networking components, wifi routers, cables and other accessories. The staff are knowledgable and friendly. I have interacted with them on a number of occasions successfully and recommend them if you're in George and need support or equipment. They have a free catalog issued every month with the latest deals. You can pick one up, its useful even if only to see what items are available on the local market.

I had my desktop computer upgraded with Windows 10 and SSD C100 solid drive installed. My pc is now many times faster than before!I also bought a new ASUS laptop as recommended by Matthew of the shop and is happy with the performance of the laptop.The service I received was top class and I can recommend this store located in George at the Garden Route Meander Mall.

Of all the shops, I think this one is exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful with a technical service they would normally not render, but nevertheless tried to help me with. I really appreciated their empathy with my issue. Should I need a new laptop, this is the place I would go to.

Terrible service and knowledge. I bought a product was assured that it would be intergratable with another model of the same brand and asked the store personal again before I made the buy and again was assured by them that it would work. Got home and firstly the product was faulty, and did not work at all. Very frustrating after all the convincing. Took the product back the next day with slips reimbursed to my card and I am still waiting for the funds to reflect. Phoned and was told only 1 manager can authorize refunds and would have to wait another 4 days. All in all very poor service and would not recommend this store

Absolutely terrible after sale service.They refuse to send my under warranty product back to suppliers for exchange that have a manufacturer fault.When trying to file the issue with their head office they blatantly refuse to phone me back when they say they will to report this issue.Would not recommend you visit this store.
