PRiNT 24

Im very disappointed and frustrated with the service I've been getting from Print24 uMhlanga. I ordered a poster for my beach massage business back in December, and it's been a complete nightmare ever since.When I got the poster, I was shocked that it was printed on a cheap material, When I complained about it, they convince me that this new material was actually better. But Within a week, the colour started peeling off, and the whole thing started falling apart. I sent them pictures and everything, but all I got back were these automated emails saying that Jay, had a broken shoulder and couldn't help me until he was back.I decided to go to their offices in person to sort things out.i was told The person who was handling my order had quit, and they needed to start all over again.They kept promising me they would rush the new order, but I waited a whole month without any progress. Every time I called, this lady called Leakisha, she would come up with a different story. First, it was the printing department's fault, then it was the new guy's fault. I couldn't trust anything they said anymore.When the delivery finally came, They got the order wrong. Again, Leakisha blamed the new guy, saying he probably didn't check the work. It's clear that they have zero professionalism or attention to detail.I've been calling and emailing them, but now they're straight-up ignoring me. And when I try to speak to the owner, Leakisha makes me wait forever on the line, only to tell me the owner isn't around.This kind of disregard for customer satisfaction and their unprofessional behavior is just not acceptable. I'm a paying customer. All I wanted was a poster that meets the quality I paid for and asked for.I am writing to provide an update regarding my previous complaint , I am pleased to inform you that Print24 has refunded my money.Thank you.I've been receiving a lot of calls from Lakeisha from Print24 to delete this review. I will be deleting it when I'm back at work on the laptop .

Closed at 19:15 even though operation hours say open till 20:00. There was someone inside but he simply said they closed!

UPDATE:28/02/23 ⭐️⭐️⭐️Pamphlets finally arrived! As a result of my google review, Print 24 Umhlanga branch printed the shortfall & flew it to me in Cape Town. Thank you JeromeBackground:22/02: Ordered for 20 000 pamphlets placed & paid for with Cape Town branch23/02: 7650 pamphlets delivered, no communication why the short fall or any communication from the branch.27/02: Print 24 Director made contact and promised to make good on the order at no extra cost.28/02: Pamphlets arrived from Durban.Posted 27/02/2023⭐️Continued bad service. The director in charge of key accounts" called at 11:12 on the 24th of Feb promising to overnight courier the outstanding pamphlets to arrive at. our office Saturday morning. NOTHING arrived!Still only have 7650 pamphlets after ordering and paying for 20 000 pamphlets. Event is in 4 days.Pamphlet drop is tomorrow."

Ordered yesterday from Johannesburg and received my order today as requested delivered to Durban. Everything on the order was perfect and great quality. Definitely use them again.

Wow...wow…. just received my order and everything is perfect, am very happy and am sure my client will be also. Cant tell you what a relief it is to deal with people who do what they promise and use the proper materials. Just brilliant, thank you. Defo going to be sending more work your way. I was ready to give up promoting this type of printed media because of previous “cowboy printers issues” that Ive had to endure over the past 10 years.Kind regardsTerry Hyett

I would never recommend Print 24 to anyone. I placed an order for 20 T-shirts to be printed for our church. It took 3 weeks after the designs were approved for them to be delivered. I had to do numerous follow ups and eventually was told that they had a problem with their machines. When i did the first follow up I called the cell phone number advertised on the website and the guy who answered was very rude. My order was eventually delivered just to find that the print on some of the T-shirts was damaged. I called immediately to notify the lady who did the design and she seemed clueless about how to handle the situation. I then asked to speak to her manager who told me that I should bring the T-shirts back to Umhlanga and that a resolution would be given the same day which I did. She didn’t call me the same day as promised so I called her the next day and she gave me an excuse that she forgot to call me back because she got busy but then said that they were going to reprint the T-shirts and I would get them back by end of the week. I am still waiting (a whole week later since I took the T-shirts back) and I guess I would have to do another follow up as no one from Print 24 has bothered to call me to let me know why their promise to deliver by the end of the week has not been kept or by when can I expect my stuff. I will never do business with them again..

PATHETIC SERVICEI gave Print 24 a five star rating at first because I was pleased with their quality of prints and customer service. However, I was appalled by the awful customer service I experienced after using their services a second time.I've been communicating with Jay, the owner since November, 2022, after I hired the business to provide me with 3 media walls, t-shirts, and life-size standees.The life-size cut standees were made of paper thin material, lacked a base, and were therefore unstable. Jay agreed to a reprint and deliver. This wasn't completed. The t-shirts' colors were also radically different from front to back while still bearing the same logo. Using them was embarrassing.I had flown in from abroad to carry out the activation locally in Durban, Johannesburg, and Cape Town, and I was appalled by the printing job's quality.When I discussed the problems with Jay, he agreed to a refund.As of now, January 30, 2023, Jay and his accountant have failed to answer any of my 20 calls, responded to my emails, or otherwise interact with me regarding the incident.I had full faith and confidence in the company, and they let me, my business, and the clients down. I am incredibly disappointed.

Excellent service. Made payment in the morning, job was prepped for delivery by midday. Also their prices are cheaper than anyone in East London. Ive gotten quotes from everyone, they cant come close to print24.
