I have been advised by my GP and Physiotherapist to improve my core strength. I heard about CoreConnect through friends and decided to give them a try. I am very impressed. After just a month and a half of attending a weekly Pilates session, I am starting to notice the difference in my posture and ability to move my limbs etc beyond my previous limitations. The instructor at my session has a keen eye and is quick to assist individuals that need specific help and also to advise on further steps. They offer early morning sessions, late afternoon sessions and early evening sessions. I have not tried it, but they also offer Yoga and other techniques. I am very satisfied.

Shirley is amazing and the hypopresives class is a must for anyone who has any back pain. I have a cracked L5 vertebrae and is on chronic pain medication but after leaving a session I am honestly pain free. I recently went on a long trip and after returning had pain for days on end. After joining 1 session I left pain free and felt the best I've felt in weeks. I would honestly recommend CoreConnect for anyone with any sort of back or neck pain.
