Great for a low price and it has amazing staff and people who are always there to help

Oh my word, worst gym ever . No assistant, most of the machines r broken or r not servers ed. For example steam has been broken for 3 weeks. Poor services indeed

No Toilet Paper or Sanitation Paper Towls for the people training at 7:00 in the morning. Don't worry the Manager says, telling me that a staff member took the keys for the store room home with them. Why does he not walk next door to PnP and go buy Toilet paper. This while a woman on a treadmill is not able to sanitize her machine, another customer not able to go to the Toilet, and has to sit an hour in traffic to go to Toilet at work. This place should be closed and sold to someone who is passionate about training and people. Gym Company Brackenhurst has so much potential to be a prime health and fitness destination, but sadly with the current management, machines out of order since May(cable leg press), No fresh air into the gym because closed window policy and extractor fan not working, lack of help on the floor. It is probably the worst gym I have ever trained at, not because of the Equipment, Great Equipment. It is everything else that suck.

It's clean, there is adequate equipment, showers are clean and the lockers are in good working order. Staff is just ok I wouldn't say great they greet when you greet them (at the reception area)

Very nice staff, helpful and enthusiastic.The gym is quite small, and gets full, i would suggest to pick your gym times wisely.

This gym is okay in every sense of the word. Okay facilities, okay staff, okay class selection, okay hours.The only redeeming features of this gym are that it's close to home (for me) and that fees are relatively cheap. I guess you get what you pay for.I can't wait for my contract to expire in September so that I can join a better gym. I want my experience to be better than okay.

Place is well equipped and kept clean. Spa facilities are also neat and clean. A pleasure to go there

Absolute joke of an establishment! Dirty, broken equipment and the bathrooms are a joke. You get a double debit for maintenance annually, which I'm not sure what they maintain with it, it sure isn't the gym.Good luck trying to cancel your membership. Their pathetic service has no end.

Lairs and crooks sterling your moneyThese people are a bunch of liars and crooks. My husband went into the gym company in Brackenhurst to see what they have to offer. The sales person (Shane) who assisted him lied about the gym contract prices. He first escalated all the prices for the 3 packages they offer and then told my husband they have a special on at the moment and the cheapest option was R399. Per month/On special. He didn’t even show my husband the other 2 options of R299. And R199. So according to my husband they didn’t exist. We then complain to the manager (Th andi) and told her we wish to cancel or downgrade to R199. And put both of us onto the contract. Thandi told us we should have cancelled with in the 5 days cool off period (which was not told to my husband) and said if we want to cancel now there will be a cancellation/downgrade fee. Thandi said she would find out what this fee it and email my husband. This was about 2 months ago.
