They have good customer service there's a guy called Tshepo he know how to deal with customer he's a good person with good customer service indeed, I wish everyone learn from him. He's fast and professional and productive as well as effective.

Nice shop if you want to buy something new. Trying get parts you are led to believe that some new parts do not work on older models and need to buy the new model, which in my case was not true. I insisted on the new part and it worked fine on my old mop.
