That experience was terrible first of all they asked me which drink i wanted so i told them cream soda then they placed my whole order which was about 6 items, after i paid they told me they didn't have that drink so i had already paid for what i wanted and they had lied to me. When i finally got my order they didn't tell me that my card was on the counter right infront of them and someone could've stolen it, when we had left a waitress came to our car and gave us another order which we didn't order and I'm sorry to whom that order belonged to, but at least we gave it back. The waitress should've asked for a slip before she gave it to us. PS: don't order the wraps they are a massive rip off, they come with soooooo little ingredients. The waitresses do their job with alot of laziness. I'm very unsatisfied!!NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!!Sorry but it's a one rating for me.

Horrible experience for the 3rd time at this branch. We waited for 40 minutes for our order which was eventually prepared by the same cashier who assisted us. Whatever system they have with the support staff is not efficient. How is a cashier expected to execute on an order when there are other staff just blatantly ignoring the order?? Horrible experience has been consistent at this branch, management needs to do something about the staff’s attitude (rudeness & what appears to be internal conflict) and lack of service it’s definitely not what we get with other KFC outlets.

Terrible experience. No serviettes no sauce or salt was given. I ordered 2 separate meals. The order was put into 1 bag. The lady then handed me an extra bag saying I can separate it myself. I was at the drive thru so there were cars behind me while I separated my order. I spent R471 for pathetic chicken! Order was so poorly packed that the chicken almost fell out it's box n bucket. Got home n it was the worst kfc ever. The chicken was so dry that u could literally crush the bones like popcorn. I will never use this branch again

We ordered burger & chips. Take away. The chips were old & cold. The chicken fillets were cold and not crispy. I used to be a secret shopper for KFC and this was so bad that I threw my my chips out. Not a happy customer!!!!!

The service at this KFC is by far the worst, it is a drive through but for some reason every week to get a quick meal or breakfast the establishment has no service at 7h30. When you enquire, the staff there would say the manager arrived late but this is a weekly occurance.

Third time in a row they have forgotten to put my meal in my bag(Edit : I would just like to say they charged us 2 of the 3 times for the food. Please get your act together we asked multiple times if they had put all 4 meals we ordered tonight in the bag and they said yes, all I got was my chips, no wrap.

Food i had here was not so good. Over fried meat dripping oil. Chips where too salty over seasoned. I had ordered two meals so the experience the same on both dishes. Everytime i do a drive through they either don't have meat or something I end up having to change my initial order. Not a busy store wait time on drive through not so great either

Worst experience ever,I ordered food this morning before 10am and now it's 12 and my food is not delivered. I even called to cancel my order and the gentleman that was helping me said he will cancel my order and I'll get my money back.been waiting for an hour for my refund

Absolutely pathetic service. Staff don't know their left from right. Suspected internal theft and corruption. Stay away if you don't want your day/evening spoilt. Rather go to another branch.
