Eljoney Executive Body Repairs

Not my first experience with Eljoney, but another positive one.They kept me informed all the way and gave a very clean car back.What Discovery Insure failed to do, they did on their part. Top marks.I hope I never have to visit a panelbeater again, but if I must, I know where to go.

Took in my car to get ignition fixed and to get a dent fixed on the front door, everything looked fine they did the main things that had to be done on the vehicle. When my wife climbed in the car there was a nice burgundy colour nail polish to match the colour of the car, on closer inspection you can see where they used the nail polish to try to match the same colour of the car.

Wow, definitely one of the greatest service experiences I've had in years. Everyone is friendly, accommodating and kind. I wanted to give 10 stars but was only allowed to give 5.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Worst customer service I have experienced in my life. They NEVER call you back (even when they said they would - they go through all the motions, including making sure they have the right number and everything. It honestly felt like it was a game to them). Do not trust what they communicate over SMS either. So many different things were said. At one stage a part was on back order for 20 to 25 working days, but the next day my car was miraculously all done. I was told they would give me an updated ETA on my car on a certain date, this never happened. I had to follow up, they said they would call back which obviously never happened. Staff can do with updated training regarding customer service. I got little to no communication from them and only felt like things started happening once I put pressure on them. My insurer were made aware of my frustrations and won't be referring any future customers.

Went for a quote, person was not interested. She did a very basic visual of exterior appearance and no interest in other damages not visible upon standing an looking from a meter away.

Yho! Worst customer service EVERFirstly lady who I think supervises reception people NEVER addresses you straight speaks to next person & in Afrikaans, which I find Super rude.The old lady that was reception kept forgetting my requests.The was no car to drop me off.It was a mess, employees fighting infront of clients.I’m just praying for nice car cause WOW

I can highly recommend Enjoney. The repairs are top notch and original parts are used. The paintwork on scratches is 100%
