If I could give zero stars I would, I went to have my gold valued for insurance purposes and to my absolute shock my so called 9 carat bracelet turned out to be 3 carat gold plated, my so called 9 carat gold cross turned out to be 7 carat, among other pieces I have that turned out to also not be 9 carat, this is absolutely unacceptable we are spending our hard earned money on jewelry that is falsely advertises as being something it's not, not to mention my gold earings broke and they couldn't fix them because they are hollow inside so more wasted money, I just want to warn consumers before buying any gold from Amercian Swiss because it's not the 18 or 9 carat they advertise, I will never shop there again and urge consumers to do the same
