I cannot thank Bergen's enough for their prompt, efficient and professional service. Not only did they repair my washing machine in record time, they also didn't overcharge me. I would definitely recommend them as well as use them again!

I have had really poor service levels from them, my fridge was with them for close to 3 weeks, and my washing machine was quoted at an exorbitant cost to repair, it made sense to purchase a new one. I had to call daily to find out about any feedback, and kept getting inconclusive feedback, and I am yet to receive delivery of my items as promised! Shocking to say the least !!!

I made a call to you guys at 8 am and Freedom stopped at my place at 9 am! Very efficient, friendly explained it all very simply and got straight to it. Thank you so much for helping out so quickly guys!! Defnitely a happy client. Thank you Freedom and Bergens

The Manager and Branch Manager at the Strubenvalley branch needs serious customer service training. Not only do they not know how to speak to customers, they slam the phone down in your ear when you complain about the way that you are treated as a customer.Not once did I get any feedback from them If I did not contact them first and when I did contact them it felt Iike they were doing me a huge favour to assist me.The staff then tell their side of the story to the owner and when you then contact the owner he immediately takes their side and is not interested in in your side of the story. The owner then also puts the phone down in your ear. This is the example that the owner sets for his staff I guess.When you then send the owner a whatsapp he blocks you too.I had to go through this horrible experience just to get the washing machine back home after not accepting their quote as you could nearly buy a new washing machine after what they quoted us for the repairs.If we had to use them for the repairs it would have been an absolute nightmare.Please be warned about how you will be treated when using this branch.It is a very unpleasant experience.

Very dodgy company. Replaced parts that were still functional. Paid 3-4x more for the part as well. I do not recommend the company, especially with their nonchalant attitude and hostility when you confront them.

Excellent service and a pleasure to do business with. The Technician who attended to our problem was very knowledgeable with good clean work habits. Will definitely use Bergens Strubensvalley should I have any more appliance problems in the future.

Shout out to Bergens for helping with repairing our fridge. It took about 2 days and they were very responsive and affordable. They accommodated me and communicated the whole time. I would just suggest that they update their Google and website information to show that they have moved.

Very disappointing, gave a quote which was ludicrous and didn't specify item for item on quote. Misinformed us about their policy, their customer service is not very good. I definitely will not use their services and recommend other people not to use them

Terrible service from this business. They collected my washing machine for repairs. For approximately a month I had to follow up constantly on the progress. Received a quote after the first week for the repairs where it was stated that there's no guarantee/warranty on the work done. In the end they still hadn't repaired the machine and returned it scratched and in a worse state than before with no responsibility taken. I wouldn't recommend the use of this business at all!!!

I'm really disappointed in the service. I've been sending queries looking for replacement Defy freezer drawers since end October. Ive called, the number is always engaged or just goes unanswered. I've sent numerous what's app messages that are ignored, apart from the initial contact, which was prompt. If you can't help me, just say so. I've always heard such good things about you, but your service has been a huge let down. If the paw paw hits the fan, you guys are certainly the first people I'll avoid. Thnx. S
