PRAVINA'S HAIR & BEAUTY

Was there end of September 2022. A very good cut and highlights, and nails done well... ☺It took 5 hours to do! An offer of a glass of water would have been good during my time there (without me having to ask).

Future d in law and I went in for haircuts..as always the wash at the basin was very welcoming with the head massage. Professional up market cutting..will never forget my first haircut with pravina for my 16th birthday bash...

Very poor service, staff don't listen to customers request. I clearly indicated that I did not want a treatment as I needed to get to work, this was completely ignore. A treatment was done and I had to pay for it. I didn't complain but was very late for work and wanted to get out of there. On the 01st of April, my Mum pre booked to set her hair, she was given a treatment, which she did not budget for, her hair was also not styled they way she wanted it to be, she was in tears, the manager came to our rescue.Please listen to customers requests, and don't do what you want and charge customers for it.Businesses are having a tough time, but don't push treatments onto people to get your commission.Cindy really needs to adjust her rotten attitudeKayleen stop pushing treatment onto people.Pravin you really need to look into this, are your staff trained to harass customers

The staff take extra care to make sure that their clientele are comfortable seated. They are friendly and pleasant. The shampooist was very nice.The hairstylist was professional and cut my hair nicely. I felt like a million dollars when I left the salon. God bless this business. Very busy place !

Haircut was good but not impressed with the setting of the hair. It only lasted about 2 hours and then didn’t even look like it had been set. So I think they aren’t using good quality products on the hair, if any at all.

I walked in and was seen to almost immediately.I went for a brow and upper lip wax, I generally hesitate using someone I have no experience with but I left never being happier. The beautician was gentle, polite and asked me if I'd like to be threaded etc.. which means alot to me. There was no assumptions.

I have used Pravina's hair cutting services twice. The stylists are friendly and professional. My favorite part of the process is the head massage that is included with the wash. The first time, Pravina herself cut my hair to my liking. The second time, a hearing-impaired stylist (Shameen) did a lovely job trimming my hair. Shameen checked with me throughout the process to ensure that I was getting what I wanted.Bring a picture on your phone to show the stylists.If you do not like using heat on your hair, this may not be the salon for you. The hair is blow dried and straightened before cutting. Not great for damaged hair or heat-sensitive scalps!

I had my hair cut and styled today. Although the head massage and wash was great, I can't say I was impressed with the cut. Not what I wanted. They cut it so beautifully previously. Very disappointed. I also found that the lady at the front desk was very unhelpful, and rude. I am also pretty dissapointed by the fact that they stopped serving beverages, tea, coffee. Just not what I expected from them.

If you’re not doing your hair at Pravina’s then you need to reevaluate your life choices. You’re treated like family from when you walk through the door, all the way to when you leave. The scalp and neck massage while you’re having your hair washed is absolutely to die for! If you really want an amazing experience, then ask for Shameem, she’s the hair whisperer and I don’t trust anyone else with my hair. If I could give 10 stars, I would, but five will have to do! I love Pravina’s!

My mum had her hair cut by Candice at Pravinas Pavilion on 12/03/2023. This was the result. Her hair is completely uneven and untidy and this most certainly is not the angle bob she asked for. She's struggled to grow her hair and this is the treatment she received. Absolutely pathetic and disappointing service. Pravinas used to be the standard and unfortunately is no longer. Will definitely be finding a new salon as this was the advice of the so called 'manager' to my sister when she complained!!!Hair is a woman's crowning glory so please save yourself the trauma and find another salon.
