I went to return items, the return date was not clearly explained when I originally hired it yet I was treated terribly by the staff on return of the items. The staff were extremely rude and not willing to listen to any explanation. I hired the items during loadshedding and was told I would be sent a reminder of return date, none of this was done and the staff treated me terribly when I explained nothing was shared. This type of customer service is appalling and I will never use this facility again nor recommend it to anyone else.

Really enjoyed my time here. Staff is super engaged and helpful. The selection is immense. The prices are affordable. And they’re lenient with their hiring term to accommodate your event. One small niggle is the checkout waiting time, but I’d definitely recommend regardless.
