Nobody answer's the telephone, no matter what time you phone. Especially in these times with COVID, it is better to phone with questions before going to any shop. How do you even find out regarding opening times that is also now, often different then during normal" times!!! They are not interested in doing business!!!"

It was my first time to use the service of Glenrose Balloon Place. Pleasant, polite, helpful and good work done. I was very happy with the service I received and will definitely make use of this supplier again.

Very, very happy with hire of equipment and service. Had planned a jumping castle for our granddaughter's birthday party but heavy rain predicted so had to cancel. Tony Miller delivered indoor climbing equipment, mini roller coaster, mats etc... the children loved it and a good time was had by all. Highly recommended.

Small little shop that has a small variety of ice creams, baking utensils, yarn and a few frozen goods like croissants etc. Worth a pop in as there isn't much. Reasonably priced and friendly staff. Parking behind Redbury cafe

The sales peron was very helpful and extremely patient. Did an outstanding job and even added an extra touch.

The training was amazing and every staff member had so much knowledge to share with us. I would recommend this course to any one that really has the passion for flowers and decor because the creativity is beyond your imagination.

The staff at the Cornubia branch were absolutely rude and unhelpful.

If I could rate this place lower zero I certainly would. This based solely on the lack of professionalism, communication and customer service. I ordered a cake a week in advance with the writing I'd like and the day before pickup I was asked if I'm sure if I wanted Young. Gifted & Black under the banner of spatial concerns. I expressed that font could changed to accomodate the writing, and on the day of pickup I was charged extra. Charges that were not communicated the day before or the week before when the actual order was made. The order was cancelled (by the lady even after I expressed my willingness to collect) when I asked about why these charged were not communicated in advance. This was pathetic and shocking especially given the climate.

I don't even know where to begin to say thank you SO MUCH to Perine, Louise and staff. Your stunning balloon decor for my daughter's 21st birthday exceeded all our expectations and left us speechless. What an absolute pleasure dealing with BDA.... the speed and efficiency with which you set up and the friendliness and attention from the team was incredible. And we received the most amazing compliments from all our guests. Thank you so much BALLOON DESIGN ACADEMY. We will most definitely highly recommend your company to anyone and everyone who need some BALLOON HAPPINESS at their event. From the bottom of our hearts.... THANK YOU
