If you are reading this review my first piece of advice would be to keep on looking. Don't waste your time here.We have found John Hope- Bailie to be dismissive and un prepared.John came out to do an assessment prior to starting (he came alone) he then quoted based on his assessment. We accepted.He did not make notes at his assessment he did not even look at the DB board. He indicated he would bring the electrician at a later stage. This never happened. I assumed that this was his area of expertise so he knew what he was doing. So maybe we are partly to blame for not asking the right questions but in my mind he should pick up all areas of concern and brought it to our attention.There is zero communication unless asked.Now that he knows we are not happy he does not even greet us when coming on site. He wants to charge for elements which were working before his installation and no longer working after his installation. They charge you for the COC - which in mind indicates they have no trust in there own abilities.The entire house has been connected to the inverter as opposed to only essential items?I have dealt with many contractors in my line of business and this company is not worth the time or effort.
