Total useless company who employ useless staff at their Vodacom outlets. Had the most terrible experience at Alisom's Mall of Africa store. Had to deal with an incompetent store manager called Shade. Other than that, the store is never neat, staff is simply standing around and chatting.

The breeze is very cool Inside... Coffee on another level.. Staff on a 5 star smile.

They obviously do not know what they are doing! Close your business.

Sorry there is not n -1 because that will also be to high to score them! Quick to sell Vodacom fibre deals but a no show when you need support!!!!! Stay away!!!

Sent my S10+ for screen repairs, they send me an sms to tell me the cost and a number to call to confirm the quote and repair.The number however just doesnt work and I can't contact anyone to find out the whereabouts of my device, I will gladly get it fixed somewhere else butI can't get my phone back because the only number available to me doesn't work.This is absolutely ridiculous, not to mention that the price of the screen repair is R1000 more than the next most expensive repair company I contacted. What a rip-off and what poor service.Makes sense because, like Vodacom itself, the customer comes last.Can I please get my phone sent back to me so I can do it myself?
