I booked for a hydrademie facial, and was hoping for an amazing 75mins. This was not the case, instead my facial started at 9:31 and ended at 10.05 - 34 minute awful express because the receptionist booked the wrong thing and the lady kept running up and down wasting time. I was 8 mins late, so I do take that responsibility but the error was the booking. The treatment was so poor, the lady kept splashing liquid in my eyes. I booked for 75 min, appointed 60 mins, got 34 mins and paid for 45 mins. Wat a rip-off

When you are disabled, you still get charged full price for them only being able to do your nails on one hand.

Had my 2 little boys hair cut by Frank. Awesome service. Gentle and attentative. Will definitely be returning.

The worst experience in 4 years of being with SkinPhD. They don’t care about customer service when it comes to nails. My nails were not what I asked for and were filed horribly if you can even call that filing. It seems if one department like the salon brings in the money. The other departments fail. For the area it is situated in I was astounded by the service.

There isn't one lady working there that isn't incredible. They always make me feel so welcomed! every time I walk out of there with a smile simply because all these ladies are so kind, funny and sweet. guaranteed you will be well looked after and cared for by these amazing and skilled ladies. It's everything you would hope for going to a salon/spa.

I'd just like to start off by saying the staff is very friendly and I had a lovely experience sitting with the lady that did my nails.That being said, my nails looked awfulShe didn't even fill it up to my cuticles so it was grown out in a week and a bitThe acrylic was thin and not of good quality, my nails were chipping after a few daysThe shape was horribleI repeatedly had to ask her to file them more and after sitting there for almost 3 hours I couldn't do it anymoreIf I'm being totally honest I'm not sure that she could have trained much because I've never seen a nail artist that didn't know how to shape nails..Considering this cost me 500 and something rands I would not recommend(I'd like to mention this picture was taken after 2 weeks)

Love this place. One stop for all beauty and hair. The staff is ALWAYS in a goodmood.

My husband went to get his hair done there, the ladies were friendly even though they were constantly trying to up sell, the hairstyle was neatly done but a bit tight

I am utterly disgusted at the service I have received today. I booked for a deluxe massage for 60 min. I arrive 15 min before I have my booking. I waited until 1pm when my booking was meant to start. At 1:05 the guy that just had a massage finished in the room that was meant for me. He just leaves the room and the massaues calls me in. Nothing was changed. The towels were used by the gentleman before me. In this day and age to experience such filthiness and unhygienic behavior. I refused at that point to use that room he just exited because nothing was cleaned or sanitized as you would expect any massage place to be. I then asked to use the other room and they said they have a couple coming that has booked that room. They eventually allowed me to use that couples room but do a 20 min massage!!!! Funny enough i didnt see a couple come in and waiting for that couples room. I booked for a 60 min deluxe massage and got a horrible 20 min oil rub. The ladies at the front desk are extremely rude!!!! How can you expect customers to use an unhygienic place like this. You don't change anything after customers come in for massages. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I am extremely disappointed!!!
