It was a busy Thursday, but they did their best. Bucket orders took longer to get ready though, they prioritized small orders. I miss the old kfc serving, where you paid and then the person prepares your order immediately.

Cashiers are very slow here, they take time to chat to other staff members whilist the shop is busy and they can see that the que is very long, '' come on guys''

I was pleasantly amazed by this KFC. Usually such food shops when they are located in rural area their level of appeal and services are substandard.I was amazed by their bathrooms , all facilities were working, the tub or the tank was not broken, there was a toilet paper and their hand drier was working...wow. one does not usually get this is food places located in the rural area.The service was proper , the staff is friendly and they smile to customers. The service is fast as I didn't have to wait for long.However, their menu is incomplete they don't have everything other KFC has, I wanted to buy variety lunch box but they didn't have. Their soft drink machine was not working to get a drink in a cup that goes with the combo so had to add more money to get bottled soft drink.

Phone just rings and never picked up, so telephonic order is out. But at least when you get there you see warm people.

I am so disappointed with the stuff/personel of KFC Idutywa. For the second time if not the third time when I bought my favourite Boxmaster meal that comes out with the Water bottle as advertised. But the personnel up there always claim that there is no water bottle and force you to buy a drink in a bottle intead of a cup. Same as Aliwal North and Grahamstown where they always tell you that there's no drink in a cup. You go to KFC and buy the Boxmaster with drink in a cup for R68.90 not to be forced and buy it for R79.00 in a bottle. Please address or correct this.

Stuff are to slow, the toilets are locked couldn't go in the security guy took the key with him and he was out. When the order was finished the were no seviets and the teaspoon to eat the mash and cravey I ordered. The was no dunked burger of which it's already been advertised on the screens and TV. SERVICE WAS VERY POOR PLZ DO SOMETHING.

It's always awesome to be helped in respect, and to be well informed of your waiting duration, in a very polite manner with smile a short lady with a khaki pent.
