I have yet to be disappointed with this Samsung store. I've been treated with respect, kindness, and dignity every time I've walked in. The agents here are friendly, humorous, and endearing.I appreciate their support, patience, and integrity as well! They're really on the ball; they won't try and do money grabs from what I've experienced. They've been honest towards me and know their products very well.

Do not buy the screen protector they print, custom made for your phone. I bought a brand new phone, ear phones, cell cover and this printed screen protector. The screen protector costs R390. Today, shopping for a Samsung vacuum cleaner, I enquired about the screen protector that is busy sliding off the screen. The manager, Lyle, is a real piece of work. Accused me of abusing the screen protector and that they will not replace or give my money back. Its a scam. Do not buy it. Pity, as Samsung products are good, but this shop will not see me again.

Samsung voids any factory warranty if there is sign of physical damage to phone. The factory components that failed within warranty period caused the damage as I had to take the phone out of the protective cover to charge on a wireless charger. This is utterly pathetic. But by the looks of it they don't even care to respond to customer complaints. Tread carefully when considering samsung products

I have been in there a few times now, had a phone repaired that took just over a month and I just went in there now and tried to get a new strap for my watch 4 and was told that they don't sell straps and must rather try Takealot. Every time I've been in there the staff are not interested in helping you at all. Honestly shocking customer service. Samsung can do much better.

I am writing to warn you about buying any electronics in this store.My husband purchased the latest and very expensive mobile phone in Samsung store in SW Mall about 9 months ago.However, a few weeks ago, problems started to appear. The monitor started to turn black which made it difficult for me to see whether the phone is actually still on even after a full night charge. Holding down volume and switch on button helped to get the phone working a few times but eventually the phone would never turn back on. I was very surprised to discover such problems in quite an expensive model.Naturally, my husband returned the mobile phone in the store and asked for the device to be replaced with a new one as it was still well under a warrantee.One of the sales staff told him that they will check the phone in the technical department and come back to us. However, two weeks have passed without us receiving any news about my phone. Eventually, someone phoned to say that they found a small dent on the side of the phone and that they will need to quote me on a repair. Now this is shocking as i do know I have not dropped the phone once and have been looking after such expensive phone in the best possible care. (It felt like such a fast assumption from them, based on a small dent on the side of my phone I don't even know about).The store manager (Stephan) is rude and doesn't accept any other possible explanation to the problem than their own. He took my email address to send me a written quotation for the phone repairs and to this day, I have not received it. The cherry on the top is that they still want to charge me for having my phone at the store....Does this make any sense? I have to phone each time just to find out what is happening with the phone as they dont care to update me once and they still want to charge me?I am so upset for your poor service Samsung SW!!!Please people go and shop elsewhere. Spend your money wisely and on people who actually care about their customers.

Their inhouse Samsung technician is absolutely useless! Since she had never come across the problem before, she was not prepared to try and assist. She suggested I rather take my phone to Cellucity a few doors down, as their Samsung technician is better equipped" to solve a Samsung phone problem than the legitimate Samsung shop. Never Buy The Body glove screen protector. It's terrible, it doesn't stick and moves.I bought one after 6 days I went back. The manager told me I had to pay again, no warranty. I paid. They installed a new one, again after 5 days went back. And again no refund.Very disappointing customer service.
