Very well organized, clean and secure for students

Short term stays: It is only ideal for students or very young, budget focused holiday makers.Not ideal for business trips.The reception staff is really lovely and friendly and helpful. They offer save parking.The stay was very noisy. Loud music till late and from very early again. Room walls are very thin. You can hear everything in the rooms around you. Very basic rooms.

Campus key is the most terrible place I have stayed in, in my whole life. To start off the rooms are incredibly small and advertised as much bigger, and for this small room you pay an absurd amount of money. Secondly the staff are terrible and extremely controlling, it almost feels as if you are in boarding school when you are actually an adult. Thirdly the laundry facilities are a joke, there are only a dozen laundry machines that are supposed to cater for almost 500 people, and most of the time they do not even work.I would highly advise not to stay in campus key, it is a waste of money, I am extremely glad that I have moved out of that place.

This rating should be less than zero, for it’s the WORST place you can choose to stay in Cape Town. Considering the unreasonable high price they charge, and the rooms are: very small, poorly ventilated, infested with insects and badly lit which are clear health hazards and there is no active WiFi connection.Furthermore, it is noisy every night and the building and in room equipment are very LOW quality. There is no 24 hour security and if you walk out at the wrong time you will be harassed or assaulted by one of the local beggars. They also allow discrimination to the point even other residents abuse and violate you because community guidelines are NOT implemented, and they just ignore all your concerns/queries.All in all it is an overpriced below par housing with staff and management who are not friendly, caring or understanding. They just want your money and don’t care about you or your experience or comfort as a resident. I strongly recommend you NOT to stay here. This place offers the worst services and hold you to overpay for it while NEVER taking responsibility for horrendous facilities, staff and community.

Great place to stay in. Well situated in a student hub,close to Jamies and bus stops. Walking distance to lower campus. Reasonable house rules and pricing. However,WiFi can be a bit slow sometimes.

Giving campuskey a 1 star rating is actually way more than they deserve. I have had multiple issues with campuskey throughout the 2 years that I have stayed there. Firstly , the refunding of the deposit, don’t bother expecting it back because campuskey will find a reason to give you less than what you paid and almost 3-4 months after it was promised to be paid. Secondly, the laundry facility couldn’t be any worse, there are barely any machines that work throughout the year , yet it is something that is greatly advertised to attract customers. Thirdly , I was in my final year and campuskey decided to do renovations in the midst of my exams , the noise levels were ridiculous. Even after complaining multiple times , nothing was done.Finally , their communication skills is something to note , when they have an issue they expect immediate action and response from your side but if it were to be the other way around , they would not answer the call , would not answer the WhatsApp message, and would respond saying they will get back to you but never will unless you message again and again and again. It’s definitely a 0 star rating from me and my parents.

This review is late for the 2023 take-ins, but this student accommodation is not worth the money. Poor wifi, smells from Kentucky Fred chicken, drugs being sold at night across the road (incl addicts sticking in needles), very noisy, poor administration, poor overall management- all in all an awful experience! I agree with another reviewer, this should be a 0 star rating. There are far better options, please do your homework before you settle on Campus Keys especially Rosebank.

Good student res .Can also book for holiday stays .It used to have pool tables and a gym but seems to be under construction now . Has a small Cafe

Extremely noisy! At all hours of the day, even at 3 in the mornings. The anytime number doesn’t really do much to assist with the noise levels. You can expect to call them a few times without an answer. Students have full on parties in the hallways and nothing is done to maintain order. If you expect to study or sleep, don’t book a room at Campuskey Rosebank. You will regret it.
