iStore Queens Hotel

I visited the pre owned iStore next door and received great help and support from Steven, one of the managers. He was quite helpful and patient. Great staff all round. Awesome experience, thanks guys.

I got help from Ewan. I am extremely happy he attended to me and my needs as opposed to trying to upsale. Lovely customer service!

Such a terrible reception!!!!We walked into the store with atleast 6-8 iStore staff members around the table, not one acknowledging three potential customers. The sat there not one single one greeted or came to our assistance?Fortunately the assistant manager, Precious came into the store to make the experience slightly better.

Overall poor service. I booked a contract upgrade and everything just went wrong. From indifferent and distracted staff members discussing breaks while servicing customers to them being unsure about how to handle my trade in. The staff member also informed me that the trade in deal was now unavailable after offering it to me two days earlier. I was asked to wait 2 days for my trade in as she was out of store in the interim! She also assured me that the minimum trade in on my phone was R6k. Turns out that was the maximum, battery depletion resulted in a lower trade in value. I was told to only bring in FICA docs but now needed to complete forms in full with info I did not have on me and since I had wiped my phone for the trade in could also not access online. Disappointed and will avoid this store. Someone please take note of service quality at your stores.

NEVER AGAINOrdered AirPods, but they are faulty. Logged a fault and nobody follows up on it. Emailed them 5x, called 3x, but nobody cares. Almost a week has passed, still no reply.This is the WORST customer service you can imagine.DO NOT BUY HERE!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Store was quiet when i arrived, thus no waiting time. They do carry sufficient stock of most items. The Certified Pre Owner store is next door to the Main iStore and much smaller which is very convenient, the staff also very friendly and knowledgeable.
