We recently purchased one of Greenleaf's essential oil diffusers. After a week or so we noticed an abnormal sound eminating from it. We notified the team and they were immediate in their response. Never in my life have I had such a positive and quick product replacement experience. Within a few hours the replacement unit was delivered to my door. Thank you, Sarah, for making my day awesome!

Beautiful products with amazing customer service (thank you Sarah) but unfortunately, the courier service (Fastway) is the most unprofessional, most unreliable customer service I have come across. My delivery is delayed by two days now. Both Sarah and I tried contacting Fastway continuously and they keep relaying the incorrect delivery details or just don't answer their calls when we follow up. I suggest Greenleaf terminate their contract with Fastway. They are costing you your money and potentially having customers buy from you again.

Excellent service!!!! I am soooooooo impressed with the service and support received from Sarah at Green Leaf home!!! I paid for my parcel and not even 20 minutes later it was being shipped!! My parcel arrived in less than 48 hours from CPT to DBN!!! Will definitely be back !!!

I ordered several diffusers and essential oils from GreenLeaf Home. Everything was very efficient and the goods were on each occasion delivered very quickly. What is more important is the after sales service. One of the four diffusers we bought started leaking several months after purchase. I contacted the company and they immediately send me a new one without any hassles. Really impressed with this company and will definitely order from them in future.

Excellent experience - Ordered a product in the morning and was sent out before afternoon. Chose the wrong colour and contacted customer service to change it and they did it with no hassle (S/O Raquel for excellent service).No issues, just a small delay in delivery time - very excited about product.
