The worst service provider there is. This shop is also useless. Quick to sell you a phone but don't care whatsoever if your phone gets stolen. PATHETIC!!! Looking to take this further.

A lots people in Mall today . Staff are friendly. Wait about 15 minutes to get the service. We took 550 for 6 month pack.but it getting short each time.

The most unreliable and slowest network provider there is. Absolute useless takes them over 2 weeks to blacklist a cellphone when it's supposed to take 48 hours, still awaiting feedback. highly disappointed in there service. Won't be coming back here.

I’m very disappointed with CellC service the dishonesty and lying sales lady by the name ILAAM, I initially went to the store to get a new iPhone and get a new contact over a week ago, she showed me the options and I decided on the iPhone pro. We looked at my current set up with CellC and her advise was that I wait till the 29th as I would use up what I currently have, she then set the phone aside put my name on the box and assured me all was in order and this was a purchase I would only collect it on the 29th May. Yesterday I decided to go get my phone as I haven run out of data and instead of buy data etc I felt it’s a few day before the 29, just to be disappointed that the phone I bought has been sold!!!! I now know why so many people are complaining about CellC and there services!!!I would like to address this matter with Mangement!!!I have been a long standing client and this is how they treat paying clients, I shocked!!!!!
