Just had one of the most distasteful experiences with one of the office staff, who I see is one of the 5 star reviewers here. I should have known not to trust someone who can't copy a surname from an ID card. Check your policy documents thoroughly for oversights (that could cost you when it comes to claims) and keep an eye on your ITC record.
