Platinum AC

I have now used Platinum AC 3 times and they are always a real pleasure to deal with.Ben came around Friday to inspect the old air-con and after a bit of a talk I decided this unit needed to be replaced. I received a quote same afternoon and booked the job. Monday was a public holiday but Ben booked the installation for Tuesday morning. His happy crew came and they looked after the place. Made sure carpet was covered and there was no mess left after the finished the job.Highly recommended, will use them again.

Ben and Team @ Platinum AC recently replaced an old (and under-powered) ducted Carrier Aircon system with a new larger capacity Daikin Aircon with Wifi Airbase installed. We also had the team re-route some of ducts to better align the aircon zones. From timely arrival to cleaniness and final touches (helping connect the Airbase app) - I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Platinum Air for their professional approach and services delivered, not to mention competitive pricing for the new Daikin unit. Family is enjoying the a fully functional aircon unit once again!

Really happy with the installation of our ducted air conditioning by Ben and his team. Ben took the time to answer my questions on our system pre and post installation. Ben and his team did a fantastic job installing our premium ducted Daikin air-conditioning system. They provided a very nice looking set of floor grills that we absolutely love.
