This pick and pay us terrible!!! They never have packers at the tills. Queues are long, cause the cashiers has to pack and scan the groceries. Twice bought meat that is not fresh from them.

Ordered online and for 4 days I've had someone else's groceries, and missing my own. Numerous complaints and calls to ASAP call centre, still nothing being done... worst service experience ever!

Super StoreThey have almost everything you need.Liquor Store inside.Wheelchair ♿️ access.Tobacco Kiosk.Halaal Biltong and Dry Woers here.Free parking coupons when you shop at PNP.Tyme Bank Machinekiosk is available here.They also have clothing Store on the lower level.Poor and slow service at the cashiers.Long Ques.More than 17 tills only 3 to 4 tills open during peak shopping hours like lunch time and after work.I have noticed that there arent many to none indians,chinese,coloureds,white people working at this shop.The world is more Beautiful with different colours.Wheres the Race Equality Pick and Pay?It used to be 5 stars but im downgrading it to 4 stars.

One Star:More than 17 tills only 3 to 4 tills open during peak shopping hours like lunch time and after work.It is a disgrace and some of the staff are unpleasant and are not knowledgeable about the going on's of their own store.Items are advertised on special but are forever not in stock.Change the staff and/or the management of that store.

I always have to call and enquire about my ASAP order no communication at all. Worst experience ever. Definitely not using the app at all.Additionally, their contact number is almost always not working . Unsatisfactory service !!

HiWas there this weekend on Sunday afternoon. It was about 4:20 and was just shopping for the last few items when one of the ladies came and told me that they are closing and we need to come cash up. I'm thinking that it's only 4:20 and they close up only at 5:00 so why are they rushing us. But anyways we started moving faster to get the last few items when it got to 4:30 they came and said that we have to go now. So i went to go to pay but there was not one cashier that wanted to help us. That is until one gentleman came up helped us by getting one of the cashiers to help.. This was pathetic and poor customer service. Hope the pick n pay will be able to sort it out.Thanks

Bad service no cashier on till 9 the lady just left the till its 20 minutes now she never came back and all other tills are full no service at all.
