Very disappointed. I imported a consignment of African Rosewood and Wild Olive from this company at great expense on the assurance that it was A Grade quality timber. The Rosewood was so badly checked and cracked that it is virtually unusable. The Olive wood was meant to be less than 17% MC but it was 36%. Subsequent discussions with the owners resulted in them agreeing to refund me 25% of the purchase price as compensation. They have reneged on this and no payment had been made.Steer well clear if you intend buying blind from this company as both their quality and integrity leaves a lot to be desired.
