Debt Solution SA

This company accepted my application for Debt Review in January 2021, however have not done anything constructive to assist me correctly. I transferred to another company, however am completely stuck as they are holding my Legal Fees. They have had my money since March 2021 yet have not or wont refund this charge even though they did nothing to warrant charging me this fee. Their communication is terrible and they only respond to the third or four email.

Spoke To An Agent By The Name Of Thariq From Debt Solution SA. I Went Under The process And The Service I Was Given Was Actually Helpful, That Today I Actually Am Able to Now Qualify For Any Sort Of Credit.

This place is unprofessional and crooks busy stealing people's money but not render services. My brothers account is in arrears because you guys didn't pay the bank for the car he purchased. The lady there by the name of Sharon is always avoiding me. Everyday I call she gives the call to gugu who then says Sharon is in training. They can't even send us the statement that they've been paying the bank, as they say. I already spoken to the bank and they send me statements showing that dept solutions have not been making payments. As from my side, I've never missed any payment. Now the bank wants to take the car because we in 23000 arrears. Dept solutions showed me that they don't car as they not doing anything to help as they avoiding me. I asked to speak to the manager and gugu told me that Sharon is the only manager. I don't wish anyone to experience what I'm going through with dept solutions. They are not a good company at all.

I have never experience such a bad service in my life. When i contact you regarding the proof of payments for my account u have failed for 3 months i have been phoning everyday.. I will expose you for such a bad service, Why not giving me proof when I am asking for it? You have been deducting R2500 from account for 13 months

This pathetic company clearly don’t understand or care about the POPIA act.

Dealt with debt solution SA late last year when I was in heavy financial difficulty,and they managed to help me to reduce my installment a lot.Now at least I can sleep at night knowing I am able to pay my bills.
