Avoid this company. I have paid 4k towards my washing machine repair, only the problem returning after a week of use.Suddenly, they have become non-responsive.

Such a pity that this company does not honour their repair guarantee. Fixed Bosch freezer about 6 weeks ago, still having the same problem. Phoned them numerous times, they either do not answer or say they will ring back, which they don't. Even drove around looking for their premises, could not find them. So disappointed.

Avoid this company at all costs! Terrible communication / non responsive. Happy to take R350 for a 10 min call out and then no response since, other than promising to come out to do the repair and then not actually showing up. Still no communication after more than 10 attempts to contact them via text and calls.
