Very poor customer service, i called and enquired about condolences flowers and then i was told on the call to send a whatsapp message and only received a response a whole week later when i specified on the call that i would need to come and collect it that day if they had availability.

My late Mom passed away 2 weeks ago. I popped in at Flowers of Africa and requested the biggest 2 bunches of white flowers. Nicole was very professional and knew what we needed. Today at church 2 weeks later those flowers still look so beautiful. Thank you Nicole and staff what excellent customer service.

What a fantastic store. I was welcomed like a long-lost friend. I asked what they had and some types of flowers I wanted. The flowers I wanted were quickly shown to me, and I asked for some specifics, and the people knew exactly where the flowers were.It was nice to have some professionalism in the store and people that knew their store and where everything was.Everyone was super friendly, and that it was closing time did not deter them in any way, a person would have thought that they were only going home after dark.Flowers for Africa will see me every second week.
