Extremely dismal experience, expressed unhappiness at service and counter hand, surname Jacobs, openly accuses me of being rude. Absolute dissatisfaction with abysmal service, will take this further.

Accessible via wheelchair, the postnet is at the top near the restuarants at the garage. It's a mini postnet like any other postnet, the staff is very friendly and accomodating

THE WORST!!!!!!Charged us overnight fee for a package that only got delivered 2 days later. When you call them they promise to check and call you back but never do. When you call them again they tell you not to blame them but the couriers cause they did deliver(As if you didn't deal with them while sending and actually gave THEM your money) Also, if you are going to send 2 parcels as 1 package kindly note, they will deliver the parcels on separate days to the same address. The point of this review is to save you money and a headache-rather DON'T! Take your business elsewhere.

Poor service! I needed a document printed from my USB and they charged me R5 to use my own USB and ANOTHER R5 to print the actual document. Later, I went to the Waltons down the road - their service was great, quick and they've NEVER charged me for using my own USB, only for printing.

Your lady who answers the phone should take a lesson in telephone etiquette. I just called and said I had a lady drop a parcel yesterday and I noticed on the system that it wasn't logged. Immediately I got spoken to with such attitude and told well the lady came after the cut off time". Such frustration and irritation. You know that's absolutely fine

Service is okay, they dont send SMS's to alert you your parcel has arrived out for some odd reason, you have to keep checking if your parcel has arrived manually
