My sister brought my watch in yesterday to your shop. I was impressed you were able to fix it and provide a new strap while she waited! It seems to be keeping perfect time now. I really appreciate your expertise and the prompt service.

Their work is absolutely terrible!Firstly,I have my Michel Herbelin watch for 5 years and it just needed a new battery- they didn’t do a proper job and since then my watch of R12 000 is getting water, and it’s a 30m deep water resistant watch! I took it back, but still gets water- they shift the blame on what ever is convenient for them!Secondly, my ring that they made broke 3times already, and every time I get my ring back, it’s not properly done or the size differs or there’s a crack in the bottom and now after the last time I gave it in, the bottom is very thin.Thirdly, If you try and speak to them about their mistakes they embarrass you in front of all their clients.I AM DONE WITH THEM!!!

I bought a ring on the 03-08-2022 for the amount of R25975.00 at this specific jewellery store and since then 3 stones have fallen out. After the first stone fell out I had to go back and pay for this stone to be fitted after it not even being 3 months old. Nevertheless I had to go back a second time for the second stone that fell out for the ring to be sent in for repairs to which they told me it would take 7 days and they are sending it to a better goldsmith to the repair. After more than 14 days of waiting I had to phone them to get feedback about my ring, just to find out that the ring has come back the day before already, but it is no use for me coming in to pick the ring up as another stone has fallen out. At this stage I was extremely upset and dissatisfied with the whole situation and with the ring that keeps “breaking” and that I want a full refund as I only had the ring in my possession for 2 weeks at most for the rest it was with the jewellers. Not only was the manager extremely rude saying that I will not get a refund and I can collect my ring as it is “fixed”. I have requested on numerous occasions to speak to the owner directly but keep being refused. For this amount of money you would expect a proper ring as was sold to me as white gold and not silver as they are now suddenly referring to and that they would pay me my money back but refuse to do so. I would be very careful doing business with this establishment unless you want to end up utterly disappointed on your engagement/wedding day.

Brought in 2 watches for new batteries, they only replaced one as the other one tested good (I thought the watch lost a few minutes, but was merely mistaken). I left with the feeling that they are honest, how 5 star nice!

Bought a Tungsten ring for my Husband for R1795 on 27 December 2022 and not even one month old yet with a crack right through, nothing harsh was done to the ring. Calling just so the lady explains it is a fragile material and the sales person should have told us which he never did. They can’t fix it so nearly R2000 in the drain.

Trustworthy. Not only could Francois repair my watch but he designed and manufactured my anniversary ring, exceeding my highest expectations.

I bought my ring from Francois and exactly 4 days after the purchase the rocks on the ring started falling off and the ring changed it's shape,I took it in and was told the reason for the damage was because the ring had been resized,it was taken in for repairs and I didn't hear anything from them after I was promised to be contacted back after a week. After 2 weeks I contacted them and told them how unhappy I was with the service and the next day I was told the ring had been fixed and was ready. I went and collected the ring and just over 3 weeks after the repairs the same thing happened,the stones fell off again and the ring changed shape again and was skew,I contacted them again and I was told to bring it back and it would be replaced with another ring that was exactly my size and would not have to be resized.after taking it in I was told that they could not replace it and needed the owner to see it first and make a decision. After 2 weeks without my ring I contacted them again and I was told the owner would call me which he did. He told me that they could not take responsibility for the ring as it was my fault that it had changed shape and rocks falling off, he was very rude and abrupt and told me I would need to pay another R500 to have the ring repaired,this is after I spent close to R3000 to buy the ring that is damaged in less than a month of purchase. They fixed it the first time and acknowledged it was because of the resizing but a few weeks after they shift the blame to me. I currently do not have my ring and extremely disappointed at the service and treatment I am getting after spending so much on a ring that clearly isn't even worth the prize I paid for because it wouldn't even last a month.

There was an issue with the quality of a stone in the ring I bought. They refunded me, no issues. Happy with good practice.
