I phoned before I went in, it was refreshing to speak to a person who put me through to the right person for my query instead of dealing with a machine.Diyaa was incredibly helpful on the phone and in store and gave us top notch service. I will be using Kloppers exclusively for my tech needs as their customer experience far exceeds that of bigger chain stores.

Bought a new TV set at Kloppers Port Elizabeth yesterday. Service was excellent and staff friendly and helpful. I buy all my appliances at Kloppers as prices are good and there is a wide range available for each product...from basic to top of the range. Great shop.

I discovered this store 5yrs ago, and wish I had known about them sooner. The instore service is amazing, and they have always given me the best advice. They have an amazing selection of products and you cannot beat their prices!!!

Not impressed with Kloppers. I wanted a bottle of black ink for my Epson printer but they only sell the pack of three colours plus black and photographic paper. I asked the salesman why they don't sell the colours/black separately as black outstrips the colours ten to one. He tells me they only keep the full packs as that is what their customers want. What utter rubbish. All Kloppers wants to do is upsell and make more money. So Makro gets the sale for the black ink I require. Shame on you Kloppers. With that attitude Kloppers won't see me in their shop again.

I am going camping and ended up at Kloppers in order to price their gas stoves and water filtration items. I entered and was immediately stopped and asked how they could be of assistance to me. I eventually had all my questions answered, all the facts I needed and was bid farewell by a friendly and efficient shop assistant . Well done to management and staff.

I always support Kloppers because of the excellent after-sales service I have received in the past. I remember a vacuum cleaner that malfunctioned within the guarantee period. There were no questions asked, just friendly assistance.We bought a camera, binoculars and sundry accessories a week ago. We received intelligent and relevant advice from the very competent salesman. I would never have received that sort of help with an online purchase. Viva Kloppers!

Honestly the best place to get all your electronic needs (they got other stuff too)... every item I've bought from them was the cheapest when compared to their competitors, they go out of their way to get stock for you if they happen to be out and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly... I'd somma give them 6 stars if I could XD
