We ordered the special. Our take away chicken had 4 thighs yet the cashier told us it's a full chicken. Only realized once we were at home .. didn't bother to call in. Always check your takeaway meal.

I was very disappointed with both the service and the food. We waited over an hour for our food on Saturday evening 20th April. When the order eventually arrived it was cold and incomplete ! On speaking to the African lady manager, she was very abrupt and unhelpful. Her excuse was they were supposed to close but got busy and were trying to serve everyone ! As the food was inedible and it was now after 10pm, we requested a refund. Several other patrons also requested refunds and left. We will never be patrons of Nandos Dbn North again.

Bought 2 quarter meals and a lrg starter liver. No utensils, both chips missing. Order no 260. Food was takeaway

Worst experience ever .We ordered our meal and garlic rolls ,the brought the chicken and didn't put the garlic rolls through. The chicken was ice cold 2 or 3 request for the rolls eventually when they did bring it all the food was cold.Requested for food to be warmed took so long to warm.Orderd 5 roses tea with milk they brought rooi boos with no milk service was horrible. I will never go back

You can never be disappointed with a good old Nando’s, so a bunch of us went to this branch. The food was on point and the place was friendly. The service was decent too. After a long day of sightseeing and beach walking its always good to finish on a Nando’s note! At least you know what to expect when you turn up to a Nando’s

Great spot! I love that they have vegan options now! The mayo isn't vegan but what i do is I order the plant based wrap and just ask them to not put mayo but put peri Peri sauce instead, so the whole meal becomes vegan and delicious! Thank you so much! And the staff are so friendly too!

I bought the prego chicken roll and I was sooo disappointed, actually disgusted when it came to me because it was so bloody small. Like a kiddies meal. I will never buy it again. Was R50 btw... doesn't deserve any stars from me. Oh and this branch has flies galore...too many
