Disgusting service. The thermocouples for the gas stove needed to be replaced and it has been a STRUGGLE for them to firstly source the parts and secondly, get the technician out to install the replacement parts. Their service is embarrassing to say the least! It has taken just over 3 weeks and still nothing

Absolutely Horrible, No feedback for week, cant speak to a manager, waiting waiting, Phones not working. Call Centre is speaking to a robot, they cant do anything. Fridge report 3 times to not be working in a space of 2 months. Cant believe this is the service you get from Defy.Will really think 3 times before buying a Defy again.FYI, Still waiting for a replacement

All round a very disappointing company to deal with. After phoning and giving a detailed repot of the problem clearly stating bottom of fridge door has broken off and door is therefore no longer working, I was promised that I would be contacted and an appointment would be made for a technician to visit. I was further informed of the cost of a callout.Days later still no contact, I called again given an apology and told I that it would be looked into and I would be contacted to set an appointment. An hour or more later I was called by a technician and informed that he was on his way. I told him I was not there. No problem as long as there is someone to let me in was the response.On arriving at my place the technician took one look at the fridge and said sorry we do not fix doors it needs to be replaced we will get a quote to you for a new door. He then insisted on payment there and then. Even though I was not there and promised to do an eft on my return. Making everyone very uncomfortable. Payment was made immediately.To date weeks later I am still waiting for the quote.Avery poor performance for a supposedly top household brand. My next purchase will sadly not be Defy.

I've been calling this branch for the last week to speak to someone to help me with parts. Whenever I call they transfere me to a mailbox. When I ask the receptionist why I can't get hold of someone she asked me to leave my number. No one has called me yet. This is ridiculous

Defy authorized services was no help to me. I am trying to get a part for my defy double fridge . With number of.calls to your authorized service centers I got no help. I don't think that I will ever buy a Defy product again

Atrocious! No parts! No service!Still waiting for a call regarding an oven glass - I have to call them and I get the run around!You call Defy's call center and they say they cannot do anything but direct you to one of their repair partners - terrible business model and terrible appliances!I bought Defy believing their reputation as a quality product - but clearly they're past their heydays and now sell rubbish using what reputation they have left... Buyer Beware!!!

logged a call more 7 days ago for a stove, gave them all the details of the stove, the guy just came to collect the same information i had already provided them and charged a callout fee. they say they placed order for a part, its been crickets ever since... buy another brand, Defy after sales service is nonsense

Defy is an awful company to deal with. I ordered a glass stove top over two months ago, paid a call out fee and was told there was no stock and they will get back to me. I have called them multiple times over the last two months and every time you get hold of the service center I am told we don't know what is happening I will log an urgent email with the services department and get back to you". This has happened multiple times now and no one has ever gotten back to me. It is simply shocking. Very quick to take my money for a call out two months ago and no actual service has been received."

Absolute water of time .went to buy a pilot light for my stove. Waited half an hour to be told no spares. Took my numbers with a promise of calling me when in-stock. Still waiting.

Worst customer service I've experienced. This is the second time purchasing here, and first time was the same, unfortunately forced to for spares.
